Sinopsis
Shank is a youth-based action film, set in a decaying future London. The film starts with Junior (Kedar Williams-Stirling) and his brother Rager (Bashy)'s gang, making a plan of jacking the goods, munchies. When they find the goods, they nick it, as The Souljahs (Gang name), show up and take their goods and give them a chase. They chase them all away leaving Junior on his own. They're about to shank (stab) Junior, as Rager shows up and saves him. What Rager doesn't know that behind him is Tugz, the gang leader who shanks Rager once most of the gang has been temporarily beaten up by Rager. While he is on the floor, Junior makes a runner as The Souljahs are beating him up. When they leave, they show Rager dying. Junior now separated from Rager, gets Rager's gang (The Paper Chaserz) and makes a plan of defeating The Souljahs and seeks revenge. They find a gang of girls, one of which has been "shanked" by Tugz, who also want revenge, so they join with Junior, Kickz (Adam Deacon), Craze (Michael Socha) and Sweet Boy (Jan Uddin) to kill Tugz and stop the Souljah's. They go through a lot in search for the violent gang, asking former gangs of which each person in the Paper Chaserz used to be in. Finally they receive the blessing from Whisper, a gang member of The Originals. Nobody does anything without his say so. As he's the cousin of the two new girls in the Paper Chaserz, he was more convinced. Later, The Souljahs have a showdown with the Paper Chaserz alongside The Originals. The fight ends with all Souljahs beaten to the ground except for the gang leader, Tugz, who ran away with Junior chasing after him. Junior corners Tugz with his knife earlier given to him by Craze. He swears at Tugz continuously as he exclaims that he murdered his brother. After, he backs away and drops the knife. With his back turned, Tugz picks up the knife smiling and rushes at Junior, both holding each others arms trying not to get shanked. Tugz head butts Junior knocking him back, Tugz then goes to stab Junior, who slips out the way and Tugz falls over the banister and down the stairs. As Tugz falls through all levels, the scene ends with his eyes open and his bloody face. The film ends with Junior, Craze, Kickz and all the other girls who helped them seek revenge from the Tugz (including Kaya Scodelario, Rheanne Murray, Jennie Jacques), thinking about Rager, right where he died. The credits then suddenly roll as Aiz Hussain's friend Louick Essien sings the chorus in Bashy's song, "When The Skys Fall" [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shank_%28film%29]
